Frequently asked questions
Why partner with us?
Our company was founded by two experienced IT leaders with over twenty years of combined experience providing best-in-class technical support to businesses around the world.
We have a fierce attitude towards creating rigorous processes that align our people with the high standards promised to our clients. Our founding principles are to consistently provide an exceptional customer experience and ensure our client’s technology remains as secure as possible.
Our technology services are built from the ground up on a cyber security framework for SMBs in Australia today.
Everything we do is driven by the principle of eliminating repeat issues and reducing the need for you to call support by identifying potential problems before they escalate into issues. We are not in the business of providing temporary fixes. If a problem occurs once, we’ll do everything in our power to make sure it doesn’t happen a second time.
How do we price our services?
We take pride in our commitment to transparent pricing. Unlike some outsourced IT providers who introduce complex pricing structures, we believe in being transparent and open with our costs.
Our plans are billed per employee and per office location. Our pricing is based on an all-inclusive model, meaning our support covers all your existing infrastructure and services, and we don’t bill for any small ‘moves, adds or changes’ (MAC), such as employee on-boarding and offboarding and other small requests.
We are dedicated to supporting a wide range of industry solutions. During the on-boarding process, if we identify any issues with your setup, such as end-of-life technologies, we’ll discuss them with you in advance to avoid any unexpected surprises.
What guarantees can you give us?
We firmly believe the value of a relationship should be based on the quality of the service, not the length of a contract, which is why we offer agreements with a 90-day guarantee, so you can be confident you’re choosing the right partner.
Our 90-day guarantee provides businesses with a much-needed safety net when entering into a managed services agreement. If at any point during the first 90-days of working with us, you feel like we aren’t a good fit for your business, you can cancel our managed support and security services without penalty. We’ll even help you find a better suited partner.
What makes us different?
With a 100% on-shore Australian support and management team, we are committed to investing exclusively in local talent to deliver IT solutions that go beyond just fixing problems—we build strategic, business-led IT roadmaps. Every client, regardless of size, benefits from annual strategy sessions, ensuring long-term success rather than just quick fixes.
Our approach focuses on addressing root causes to prevent recurring issues, while our rapid service desk triage guarantees you’ll speak with an engineer in 60 seconds or less. Plus, comprehensive cybersecurity is embedded in every level of our service, providing peace of mind in an evolving digital landscape.
